The MODAT-200 offers real-time information for waiters/waitresses to provide their guests much better and faster service and with more information. They can take orders without leaving customers and easily get customers’ information and preference via MODAT-200. Different from the traditional ordering process, using order entry PDA can easily satisfy customers’ demand by providing real-time information which may include best offer of the day, sold out alert, customer preference, bonus/gift points inquiry and membership handling.

When a dish is ready, waiter can be notified by the inbuilt PDA vibrator. Other special events like happy hour, sold out alerts, and hot selling can also be notified via vibrator, speaker, headset, or display flash. After dining, the waiter/waitress can use the stylus to input customers’ feedback and preference and complete CRM through network.
